About this notice

This notice explains how 174shop uses artist names, trademarks and images on 174shop.net, what our products contain, and how to tell us about any material you believe infringes your rights. It applies to every page of this site.

No affiliation or endorsement

174shop is an independent maker of production tools for Ableton Live. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by any artist, band, DJ, record label, publisher, management company or brand named on this site, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.

Use of artist names and trademarks

Artist names appear only to describe which arrangement style a template is modelled on, in the same way a review or a tutorial refers to an artist's work. We use names in plain text, without logos, and only as far as needed to identify the style. All artist names, band names, label names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Ableton and Ableton Live are trademarks of Ableton AG. Max for Live is a product of Ableton AG and Cycling '74. Lemon Squeezy is a trademark of its owner. 174shop is not affiliated with these companies.

What our templates contain

Each style in our Session Builders is an original arrangement template created by 174shop. A template sets out song structure: section names and lengths, locators, tempo, key and, with Clip Mapping, empty named clips and tracks. Styles are modelled on the general structure of released music.

Our templates contain no audio, samples, stems, recordings, MIDI notes, melodies, chord progressions or lyrics taken from any artist or record. Every sound, note and part in a finished track is created by the person using the tool.

Artist photos

Photos of artists are shown only to illustrate the arrangement styles available. Copyright in each photo remains with the photographer or rights holder. If you hold the rights to a photo shown on this site and would like it credited differently or removed, contact us using the details below and we will act on it promptly.

Copyright and trademark complaints

We respect the rights of artists, photographers, labels and brands, and we respond to every complaint. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@174shop.com with:

  • your name and contact details, and the name of the rights holder if you act for them;

  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.

When we receive a complete notice we review it and, where appropriate, remove or change the material promptly and let you know what we did. This process follows the notice-and-takedown principles used under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the EU Digital Services Act and UK law.

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us with the details and the reason, and we will review it.
